Warrior is the optimum starting class for this build: it keeps irrelevant stats (i.e. Classes are a gameplay element in Dark Souls III and play a major role in Character Creation. In the no nonsense tradition of the Dark Souls franchise, let’s get right to it. Outside of “getting good,” this build focuses on burst bleed damage using Hollowed Warden Twinblades and the Carthus Rouge consumable. To give you a taste, this gif is from a four second long one-versus-one duel using the SL 109 variant. As the Dark Souls community has not reached a consensus with regards to the endgame meta level, this build is set safely at either Soul Level (SL) 109 or 112, depending on an optional ring choice. While best for PvP combat, this build also works a charm against bosses, with a small asterisk of added difficulty for those resistant to bleed.
